Commemorative plaque honours returned World War One servicemen who built the Great Ocean Road as a tribute to their fallen mates. The plaque contains the history of the Great Ocean Road as well as the history of Torquay
The plaque is part of a series of 13 which sculptor Dr Ross Bastiaan designed for the Colac Otway and Surf Coast shire councils for the Great Ocean Road 75th anniversary celebrations.
