The wooden honour roll commemorates those from the district who served in World War One. The roll was relocated from the demolished Soldiers Memorial Church, Wang Wauk.

The ceremony of unveiling the honor roll took place in the Soldiers' Memorial Church at Wang Wauk at 2 p.m. on Sunday, 18th July. The very large congregation overtaxed the accommodation of the church. Rev. C.W  Nicholls, on behalf of the Wang Wauk residents, thanked Mr W. T.
