Shire of Hinchinbrook Roll of HonourPrint Page Print this page

The Roll of Honour is a timber and pressed copper honour board, displaying 286 small brass name plaques. The Honour Roll originally contained the names of those who served in World War One. Additional names were added to the roll to commemorate those who served in World War Two and Korea.

Hinchinbrook Shire Council has received all the additional name plates of servicemen in the Second World War and the Korean War. It will be able to make the honour board complete.
