The War Memorial icommemorates the citizens of Caboolture and District who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

The memorial was upgraded to list the names of 27 local World War One personnel killed in action and relocated to Town Square and reconsecrated on the 11th November 2013. Additional plaques have been placed on the memorial.  

Behind the obelisk are two walls which list the conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

Officially opened on 7th November 1999 by His Excellency Major General Peter Arnison A. O., the Governor of Queensland.
