The Soldiers Memorial was originally erected to commemorate those who served in World War One. It lists the names of those who died in service or were killed in action and those who returned.

The names of those who died in service or were killed in action in World War Two were added at a later date.

For remembrance of our men who answered the call of duty in the Great War
