A monument commemorates those from Monbulk who died in service or were killed in action in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.
The monument was a Centenary of Federation Project at the site of an Avenue of Honour which was planted in 1935 to commemorate fallen World War One Soldiers.

THIS HAS BEEN A JOINT CENTENARY OF FEDERATION 2001 PROJECT BY THE MONBULK PRIMARY SCHOOL AND THE MONBULK RSL
