The Rockdale Memorial Garden commemorates the men and women of Rockdale who died in service or were killed in action in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

The garden was refurbished as part of the ANZAC Centenary in 2015.

And in the memory of the men and women of the Municipality of Rockdale who sacrificed their lives for their country in the First and Second World Wars and subsequent campaigns 

Opened by the Hon. R.W. Askin M.L.A. Premier and Treasurer of New South Wales

6th February 1971.
