The Memorial Wall which was dedicated in 2014, commemorates the nurses who have served in the Australian Defence Forces in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved. Plaques on the wall are dedicated to nurses who served in the Boer War and World War One. 

The Australian Service Nurses Memorial Wall is situated to the northeast of the War Nurses Memorial pavilion and is connected to the pavilion by an Anzac Centenary Memorial Walk .
