The plaque commemorates Sergeant Thomas John Greenhill, Bombardier Fergus Roy Braham and J. Herbert, foundation members of the Corryong Scouts who were killed in action during World War Two. 

Note: The plaques at the Scout Hall were originally on iron gates. The gates have been removed and the plaques are now located on either side of the gate pillars.
