This plaque was officially unveiled by His Worship the Mayor of Payneham, L. A. Fioravanti Esq. on the 19th April, 1986.
This reserve is named after Leonard Thomas Adey who was the Overseer of Works for the Payneham Council from 1953 until his retirement in 1972.
