The tablet commemorates 40 years of service to the Gunnedah District Hospital by Hugh Pentecost.
Mr. Hugh Pentecost, of Gunnedah, who has been 40 years on the hospital committee there, and 15 years as president, has been honored by the erection of a marble tablet at the institution. Glowing tributes were paid to his work and charitable instincts at a representative gathering.
