ROBERT AND ELIZA DULHUNTY`S "OLD DUBBO RUN" 
AND MARKS THE FIRST PERMANENT WHITE
SETTLEMENT AT DUBBO
ROBERT AND LAWRENCE DULHUNTY TOOK UP LAND
HERE IN 1829 - NAMING IT DUBBO.
THE GRAVE OF ROBERT DELHUNTY IS IN
THE PIONEER CEMETERY 
WHICH CAN BE SEEN BETWEEN THIS PLACE AND
THE MACQUARIE RIVER 
THIS MEMORIAL WAS DONATED BY 
MEMBERS OF THE DULHUNTY FAMILY 
WITH ASSISTANCE FROM MACQUARIE LIONS CLUB IN 1982.
