The plaque commemorates those from the Everyman`s Welfare Service who have provided support for members of the Australian Defence Force since 1940.
The Everyman's Welfare Service is a Not for Profit Charity that is funded through donations from individuals, businesses and churches. Accredited by the Australian Department of Defence, Everyman's Welfare Service serve the members of the Australian Defence Force and their families by providing a philanthropic support service which is not normally provided by the Australian Defence Force.
