The plaque commemorates 50 years of tree planting by the Crater Lakes Beautification Committee from July 1963 to July 2013. It also recognises the contribution by committee member Ian marks who passed away in 2013.

Crater Lakes Beautification Committee

This plaque was unveiled on 13th July 2013
to commemorate fifty years of tree planting by the Committee
and the community in the Crater Lakes Area commencing on 13th July 1963.
