In The Struggles Of Pioneer & Founder,
Last Sighs Were Left In Yan Yean,
Of Souls, Now Unknown,
Who Join Ours & Yours & The Beat Of The Soil
To Rest Here.

This Plaque Is Placed In Memory Of Those
62 Unknown Individuals Who Died & Were Buried
In The Yan Yean Cemetery During The 1800`s. 
While Their Names, Occupations & Exact Resting
Places Are Not Known, As They Lived & Lie Here,
We Honour Them.
