Kangaroos
April 1998
Three large male Western Grey kangaroos in different natural positions, `drinking`, `alert` and `in flight`, created and cast in silicone bronze by artists Charlie Smith and Joan Walsh-Smith.
This plaque commemorates the completion of the project jointly funded under the "Perth - A City for People" programme by the State Government of Western Australia and the City of Perth
This project was opened by the Premier of Western Australia, the Honourable Richard Court MLA and the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of the City of Perth, Dr Peter Nattrass.
