Harvey District Roll of HonourPrint Page
The wooden honour roll commemorates those from the District who served in World War Two.
A meeting of the Harvey United Services Canteen decided this week to hand its surplus funds of £121 to the Harvey Honour Roll Committee. This now gives this committee sufficient money to erect an honour roll of men and women of the district who served in the war. The United Services Canteen was conducted in Harvey during the war to cater for the officers and men stationed at the internment camp and army training school.
