Horsham & District World War Two Memorial Print Page
The monument was erected in 1970 to commemorate those from the district who served in World War Two.
The memorial which originally stood at the Memorial Drive on Dooen Road was relocated to the entrance of the Memorial Drive at Sawyer Park and rededicated in 2006.

This Memorial Was Established In 1970 And Was
Previously Situated In Dooen Road,
Horsham To Recognise The WWII Service By Citizens
Of Horsham And District Community.
The Horsham Returned Services League And
Horsham Rural City Council Relocated It To This
Position In 2006 To Form The Entrance To
Memorial Drive.
Rededicated Remembrance Day 11th November 2006
