The forecourt of the Wesley College commemorates former students who died in service or were killed in action in World Wars One and Two, and the Vietnam War.
The lion statues in the forecourt commemorate former old boys from the college who died in service or were killed in action during World War One and were dedicated on the 2nd April 1916. Within the forecourt, there is a plaque measuring one metre square, weighing 85 kilograms which commemorates the centenary of ANZAC and contains historic information regarding World War One.
