The foundation stone from the former War Memorial Library Building commemorates those who served in World War One and World War Two. The library has now been relocated to Rusden Street.
ARMIDALE: The Governor (Lieut.-General Sir John Northcott) will lay the foundation stone of Armidale's war memorial library on Nov. 25. The library, to cost £15,000, will replace the present old colonial-type structure.
