Source: MAThe rock was placed here in 1996 on the first ANZAC Day service held in Woodgate. It was erected by local citizens who former the Woodgate War Memorial Working Group.
This plaque was placed by the Woodgate Beach RSL Sub Branch on ANZAC Day 2016 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of that first service
