Actual Monument Dedication Date:Saturday 19th May, 1956
Front Inscription

This foundation stone was laid in its place by the General Officer Commanding Northern Command, Australian Military Forces Major-General H. C. F. Harlock C.B.E. on 19th May 1956.

In memory of the Warwick and District fallen in Two World Wars, 1914 - 1919, 1939 - 1945.

"Their name liveth for evermore."
