The honour roll commemorates those from the District who have served in the South African (Boer) War, World War One and World War Two.

It was donated to the community by Mr and Mrs F. C. Prout on ANZAC Day 1965, the 50th Anniversary of the Gallipoli landing.  

In 2015 it was altered to correct spelling of some of the names and additional names were added of service personnel who had been omitted from the original.
