NEW TOOGOOLAWAH MEMORIAL HALL, Oct. 17.-At a recent meeting of the Memorial Hall Committee it was decided that no further action be taken regarding the purchase of the R.A.A.F. cinema building near Lowood, but to endeavour to erect a new building. Mr. K. Hurwood presided and others present were: Messrs. W. J. Seymour, A. H. Gardner, and D. K. Pryce (Secretary). The League architect, Mr. S. W. Prior, of Brisbane, will prepare plans for the new building. The next general meeting will consider the securing of guarantors to finance the project.
