The Cobar Memorial Services Club commemorates those who have served in the various conflicts in which Australia has been involved.
The official opening of the Cobar Memorial Services Club, in Marshall Street, will take place on Saturday, November 12th, when the ceremony will be performed by Mr. A. C. Hall, V.C. After years of work a magnificent Club has been built. The Club has now secured a liquor licence, arid is open to members on week-ends and all evenings, except Tuesdays and Thursdays. In addition, there are many facilities such as table tennis, carpet bowls, darts, etc.
