The Stirk Park Memorial Walk commemorates those who died in service or were killed in action during World War One and World War Two. The walkway consists of a double row of trees.

The avenue of trees was established in 1950 and continues to be added to. The plaques which recognise the individuals are dedicated by surviving family members or the Kalamunda RSL.

There is some debate as to the exact location of the original tree plantings, with some reports stating that the Jacaranda trees were planted in Kalamunda Road from the intersection of Boonooloo Road up to Canning Road.  There are Jacaranda trees along this road but there are no plaques or signage.  All the individual plaques are located under trees in Stirk Park.
