Construction of the Bypass undertaken by an alliance of the Roads and Traffic Authority, Abigroup Contractors and Sinclair Knight Mertz

These 3 boulders were extracted from the road works for the new route of the Hume Highway Bypass of Woomargama

The Squirrel Glider`s habitat is dry sclerophylll forest and woodland in proximity of Woomargama and in Woomargarma National Park.

Actual size - Tip of nose to end of body 230mm plus tail 300mm.  Weight 260 grams

It is a vulnerable species.
