      THE HON.R.J.HAMER, E.D., M.P.,
               PREMIER OF VICTORIA

Released From The She-Oaks —Montpelior Pipeline Into The
Geelong System Water From The Gathering Grounds Of
The Bungal Dam On The Western Moorabool River Between
Buninyong, Lal Lal And Warrenheip. Thus Completing A
Project Envisaged By The Victorian Parliament In 1858.
