This Plaque Is To Commemorate The Diverson Of  The Snowy - Eucumbene River Waters To The Murrumbidgee Valley And The Important Part Played By The  Murrumbidgee Valley Water Users` Association In Having This Great National Work Commenced And Completed,

Thus Making It Possible For The Development Of Such Areas As Coleambally And Assuring Security To Irrigators In The Murrumbidgee Valley.

To Commemorate The Outstanding Work Of The Three Presidents And Two Secretaries Who Guided The Association From Commencement To completion Of The Scheme.
