Front Inscription

          In Memoriam

JOHANNES CHRISTIAN KADOW
     Beloved son of M. A. Kadow
  Died from foul air, Temple Bar
            August 12, 1903,
           Aged 22½ years

No one heard the sweep of the coming wings,
And no one saw the dark death angels flight ;
We only knew that one from out our midst
Had passed for evermore from mortal sight.

In The Midst Of Life We Are In Death.

Erected To The Memory Of Joe,
By Mother, Brothers And Fellow Employees
     Of Stuarts Creek Station.
