The Gosford Drug Unit,

On The 28th Of September, 1991,
Whilst In The Service Of The People Of
New South Wales & The Central Coast Area.
Richard Was Born In The Point Frederick Area
& Spent Many Of His Childhood Days In This Park.
Dedicated By His Family & Many Friends
On The 16. 4. 1992.
