Trevor Allan PlaquePrint Page Print this page

Plaque commemorates Trevor Allen OAM.

He was Australian rugby union's outstanding player after World War Two, a masterful centre with a complete range of attributes - strong defence, safe hands, sharpness in attack, composure under pressure. We was barely 21 when he became Australia's captain. After receiving many offers, Allan switched to rugby league in 1950.
