Three of the brothers lost their lives in the war.

IN MEMORY OF  THE FULTON BROTHERS

The Fulton family of Mudgeeraba saw all six sons enlisting in World War 1.  Three joined The First Australian Imperial Force;

54   Lieutenant Hugh Fulton 5th Light Horse
471 Private Alexander Douglas Fulton 26th Battalion
867 Private John Fulton 25th Battalion

The other three served with the British Army: 

Sergeant William C Fulton, Killed in action 7/11/1914
Private George Fulton
Private Thomas Fulton, Died of wounds 22/5/1915
