Dual stained glass windows designed by W. Kerr-Morgan, depicting two airmen seeking guidance from Our Lady of Wings, commemorates Squadron Leader David William McCormack of Yarraville, D.F.C. and Bar, who was killed in Burma, 10 August 1944. He was killed in a non-operational flying accident, flying Spitfire MH460.

The window was erected by his comrades of 615 (Churchill's Own) Squadron R.A.F. and dedicated 14 July 1946. The window is divided into two sections, with the left showing two airmen in flying gear, including parachutes, and the right section depicting a reli­gious scene with a shield shaped plaque de­picting the badge of 615 Country of Surrey Squadron Auxiliary Air Force.
