A stained glass window is divided into two sections, with the left showing two airmen in flying gear, including parachutes, and the The right section depicting a religious scene with a shield shaped plaque depicting the badge of 615 Country of Surrey Squadron Auxiliary Air Force, commemorates Squadron Leader David William McCormack, D.F.C. and Bar, who was killed in action in World War Two.
He was killed in a non-operational flying accident, flying Spitfire MH460.
