He joined Carmichael`s 36th Battalion in January, 1916, and
was killed in action in France in July, 1917.
WE, the Cargelligo War Service Committee beg to present this ADDRESS to his MOTHER on behalf of the people of Cargelligo and District as a token of appreciation and regard of her Son FRANK who was one of those who counted not his life his own, but gave it in the cause of honor and liberty.
