Alby South Print Page
A Plaque recognises the contribution of the late Alby South to Kensington.
For over thirty years, Alby worked to improve Kensington as a member of Kensington Resident's Association and also as a Kensington War Councillor in the former City of Kensington and Norwood for ten years.
Alby was instrumental in the establishment of Borthwick Park and the plaque is positioned in front of the River Redgum that Alby planted to mark his 80th birthday in 2000.
