The fountain commemorates the service to the community and Roseville Public School by Grosvenor Edenborough who died in 1957.
Grosvenor Edenborough (1884-1957) was honoured for his activities and contributions to Roseville Public school and the wider Roseville community. He was the first President of the P & C Association and organised annual sports days and fetes. He continued to support the Roseville Public School and many community organisations long after his 3 children had left school.
