Nor gazed once in the mocking etes of death,
The purest springs, the waters without stain,
Well upward from the bruning heart of pain.

Before I saw the purest afar
A great light dawn and widen an increase
With white flame crested like a perfect star.
Above the sword of pain - the crown of peace !

Fresh from her thousand deaths, ever world is young.

That which alone can stand when all is sifted
That which humanity in pain and tears

Till thou shalt see wuth radiant face uplifted eternal truth
