A tree commemorates local World War Two veteran settlers in the Currandooley and Willeroo areas. 

Memorial trees had previously been planted by the children of the original settlers near this memorial plaque.

Dedication

Front Inscription

This site was dedicated in the year 2000
by the Green family for the planting of trees
to commemorate the returned servicemen who
settled in the Currandooley and Willeroo area
with their families after World War 2. 

The following people should be recognised for
their hard work, sacrifice and contribution to
the community in developing this region from
                the late 1940s.
