Oliver Louis MillingPrint Page
The gates, erected on the occasion of turning on the town's water supply, commemorate Oliver Louis Milling`s services to the town and district. A second plaque was erected to his memory in 1960. Oliver Milling died in 1958 at the age of 81 and was a former stock and station agent.
The O.L. Milling Memorial Gardens and Playground were rebuilt by the community in 1999 and opened in 2000.
