An Australian Bicentennial project with the financial assistance from the Commonwealth of Australia, the State of Tasmania and the Municipality of Ulverstone
Officially opened on 26 November 1988 by Senator the Hon. Michael Tate, Minister for Justice and Senator for Tasmania.
