We dedicate the restoration of this church of St. Thomas sacred to the memory of those who bore the burden and heat of  pioneering days, leaving a heritage for their descendants to enjoy in Australia`s great and glorious land.

`By one spirit we are all baptised into one body ... Whether we be bond or free`.

This plaque was unveiled by Lady Cutler in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales Sir Roden Cutler, V.C., K.C.M.G., C. B. E.
