Carillon Tower

This Carillon Tower was built in 1988 as an Australian Bicentennial project with financial assistance from the Federal Government, the combined Ballarat Rotary Clubs and the Ballaarat City Council to commemorate the nation`s Bicentenary in 1988.
The Carillon was first installed in the Town Hall Tower in 1873.
