The Building Was Officially Opened By
ALD.ARTHUR MORGAN
MAYOR OF THE TOWN OF WARWICK
On the 1st October, 1888.
This Plaque To Commemorate The Centenary Of 
The Building Was Unveiled By
ALDERMAN STANLEY RICHARD WALSH, D.C.M.,
MAYOR OF THE CITY OF WARWICK
