Paradise Lagoons CampdraftPrint Page Print this page

Plaque commemorates the 10th anniversary of Paradise Lagoons Campdraft.

Campdrafting is a unique Australian sport involving a horse and rider working cattle. The riding style is like that of Western riding and the event is somewhat related to the American events such as cutting, working cow horse, team penning, and ranch sorting.

Paradise Lagoons in Queensland is the venue of the richest campdraft in Australia with A$280,000 of prize money distributed over the four days of competition.
