The plaque commemorates 60 years since Australia's first Grand Prix.

The plaque celebrates the history of the Albert Park parklands circuit with images, including Bill Wilcox’s 1953 Ford V8 Special that took to the circuit in the first Grand Prix in 1953, as well as the 2013 Red Bull Racing RB9 that was driven by Mark Webber.  

 Also featured are two of the most significant figures in Australian F1 history history, Sir Jack Brabham and Alan Jones, who have won four Formula 1 World Championship crowns between them.
