The marble tablet commemorates 100 years of Presbyterian worship in Clunes. The tablet is located on the memorial stone erected for the first act of public worship. 

The marble tablet is placed near the site where the minister of St Paul`s Presbyterian Church, Reverend William Fraser, M.A., gathered the pioneers for the first act of public worship on the first Sunday in January 1885.
