This plaque acknowledges the 30 years
of volunteering and preservation activity by

The Richmond Vale Preservation Co-operative Society Ltd.

and is dedicated to all its membes past and present in recognition of their efforts to retain and restore the equipment of the Richmond Vale railway system, South Maitland railways system, the Richmond Main and Pelaw Main Colleries, and the industrial heritage of the Hunter Valley region.
