This memorial was unveiled by the State President, Russell G. Piggott Esq.,....At the opening of the Memorial Wing to the Clarence R.S.L.A. Sub-Branch and War Memorial Club on the 2nd December, 1967 and is dedicated to those residents of the Clarence Municipality who gave their lives for their Country. . . .
